Coursera Page Not Found Error: "We were not able to find the page you're looking for"

Are you encountering the following perplexing error when trying to visit Coursera.org or a Coursera course?

"We were not able to find the page you're looking for"

First, try a different browser. If a different browser works, you might need to clear the cache of the original browser you were using.

If that doesn't work, this is what worked for us:

  1. Go to the Coursera page that is giving you trouble.
  2. Click the suggested link below the error message -- specifically the one that says "browsing our course catalog"
  3. On course catalog page, in the upper right hand corner of the screen, look to see if you are logged in.
  4. Assuming so, click on your profile/name and log out.

  5. Then, try going to https://www.coursera.org or to your course's page and log in fresh.

Did that work for you? Let me know by leaving a comment below!

I want to add my Coursera certificate to my LinkedIn profile. I added all the credentials but am unable to open or download the certificate by clicking on show the credential. The message appears as we are not able to find the page you are looking for.
