Wildwood Pizza Tour

Every year since 2005, four friends and I spend one entire evening tasting, reviewing and rating a slice of pizza from every "legitimate" pizzeria (often ~25) on the Wildwood, NJ boardwalk, in search of the best slice.

We post our results each year, along with stats and a video documentary, on WildwoodPizzaTour.com. We've been lucky to be featured in a number of media outlets including Wildwood 365, the Wildwood 2017 Vacation Planner, the PHL17 Morning News (2018, 2019), and in Ricardo Magazine (Canada's popular food magazine). I maintain our website and post content regularly on our other outlets: FacebookInstagramThreadsTwitter & YouTube.

Photography

I'm a photography enthusiast. It's the perfect hobby to compliment my love of nature, world travel and relentless exploration. I'm lucky to have had tens of thousands of my photographs and digital designs printed and ordered by folks around the world.

While I'm a big fan of iPhone photography, I also own a Nikon D5600 DSLR camera and, more recently, a pretty sweet Sony A7Riii with two lenses: A FE 24-105mm F4 G OSS and Sigma 14-24mm f/2.8 DG DN Art.

As of 2022, I own a DJI Mavic Air 2 photography drone -- After months of studying, I passed an in-person exam and am officially a certified and licensed Federal Aviation Adminstration Part 107 Remote Pilot!

As of 2023, I own a GoPro 11, which enables me to capture video and photography in new ways, including while driving (with a special mount) and underwater.

Songwriting

I began playing electric guitar in high school before eventually falling in love with acoustic guitar. I also play bass guitar, drums and keyboard. I've written and recorded more than 600 original songs. I'm an enthusiast for writing short, catchy, and often witty, songs and am influenced by bands such as the Beatles, Weezer, The Strokes, The Thermals, The Rentals and others. Songwriting is one of my favorite creative outlets.

Travel

"I'm a man of the world and that's where you'll find me..." --Cornelius, Knoebel's Grove

I love a good road trip and exploring / experiencing the world. So far, I've spent at least 1 night in 30+ U.S. states, Bermuda, Canada, Ireland, England and Scotland. Much more to come (hopefully!).

A Few Places I've Been

Entrepreneurship

My first entrepreneurial venture was as a young child selling Tastykake and Little Debbie cakes out of my grandmom's living room to my aunts and uncles and, bless their hearts, they bought them. Since then, I've had a chance to both study entrepreneurship (as part of my Masters Degree at the University of Pennsylvania) and apply what I have learned in the real world. I'm proud to say I've had many learning experiences (read: failures) attempting to create and sell everything from e-books to online courses to fancy watches and harmonica holsters. But as my heroes Tim Ferriss and Gary Vaynerchuck advocate, the real goal is to try many ideas, fail fast, and see which ones stick.

I have been lucky to be modestly successful in my photography and artwork ventures, which is a perfect mix of my creative and entrepreneurial interests. I continue my pursuit in creating products that offer value to people.

Platforms I have experience selling on include Shopify, Amazon (including FBA), Etsy and Drupal's UberCart.
